Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale or discounted items

Accessories (including jewelry, hats, hair accessories, socks)

Bodysuits, intimates, and swimwear

Shoes that show signs of wear

Refunds

Approved returns will receive store credit or processed back to the card used to purchase items.

Refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size or item, please return your item and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
