Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During sales, promotions, or pop-up events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.


In-Store / Pop-Up Purchases

All in-person purchases made at pop-up events are final sale.

Shipping is not available for pop-up purchases unless otherwise stated.
